How to book

Making a booking with Adventure Central couldn’t be easier. Our friendly and knowledgeable Trip Coordinators are on hand to help and provide advice every step of the way, from your first enquiry all the way through to your return back to school. We’re committed to making your busy lives a little easier if we can.

Your booking will be looked after by our dedicated and experienced team who can offer any assistance needed. This may include helping you to choose the right trip for your group, providing you with promotional material to help get the trip off to a great start or sorting out the important details such as special dietary requirements.

Making a booking

1. Provisional booking

To reserve the dates and centre you prefer, call us on 0800 246 1858 and make a no obligation provisional booking. We will then hold your places and send you a Booking Confirmation Form, plus any further details you may need to confirm your reservation.

2. Promote your trip

In your provisional booking pack you’ll find the Booking Confirmation Form and promotional materials to help promote your Adventure Central trip, such as posters, a PowerPoint presentation, template parent letters, and please feel free to request any images that may further support you. The pack will also contain a Party Leader Booking & Information Guide, which details each stage of your booking process. Please also check out our FAQ’s section on the website which will assist you in answering many questions from both parents and pupils.

3. Collect deposits

After promoting the trip, you can start collecting the first deposits as students sign up for their adventure.

4. Confirm your booking

Once you have a better idea of numbers, simply complete the Booking Confirmation Form and send in the first deposits to confirm your booking. At this point, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Trip Coordinator who has specialist knowledge of your chosen centre.

5. Interim Payment

Eight weeks after the first deposits, the second payment is due (where applicable).

6. Final confirmation forms

We ask you to confirm the names of everyone going on the trip sixteen weeks before your adventure (if not already provided) and final forms, including your activity choices, along with all dietary and rooming requirements.

7. Final balance

Ten weeks before your adventure, the final balance is due. Once payment is received and four weeks before travel, we will forward your final travel details and itinerary.

8. Enjoy!

When you arrive at your centre, you will be greeted by our experienced, enthusiastic and fully trained centre activity staff. From the moment you arrive to the day that you depart, our centre activity team and managers are there to help you and to motivate and inspire your pupils. We aim to ensure that your stay with us is one that exceeds your expectations, from the accommodation and meals to the activities and facilities available.

If you have any questions about how we can help you organise your next trip, then please call us on 0800 246 1858.
